FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses around the world by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Pettania is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no charge.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Max delivery time – 45 business days
*This doesn’t include our 2–5 day processing time.
*All shipping times exclude customs delays.
Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 outbreaks or other force majeure.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. However, tracking may not always be available with free shipping options.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and still has no updates, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.
